Terms
Last updated 13 September 2026.
The short version: the games are free, there is nothing to win but a place on the leaderboard, play fairly, and a missed deadline is a loss.
1. What this is
peer2peergames.com offers two-player turn-based games, played against other people or against a bot, with ratings and leaderboards. It is operated by LNATION ("we", "us"). It is free to play and paid for by advertising.
2. No stakes, no prizes
Nothing on this site is staked and nothing of monetary value can be won. There are no entry fees, no prizes, no points that convert to anything, no wallet and no gifting. A rating or a leaderboard position has no value outside the site and cannot be transferred or sold. This is not a gambling service and must not be used as one: any arrangement between players to stake anything on a game here is against these terms and is your own affair, not ours.
3. Accounts
You need an account to play a person, to be rated, and to get notifications. You must be 13 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping the password to yourself. Display names must not impersonate anyone or be abusive; we may change one that is.
4. Fair play
- In a game against a person, play your own moves. No engines, no helpers, no second account.
- Each game has a deadline per move, shown to both players. A missed deadline is a loss, like a resignation.
- Cards are dealt from a random seed that is revealed when the game ends, so any finished game can be replayed and checked. See the fair play page.
- We may void a game, adjust a rating, or remove an account where we believe these rules were broken, and will say why if asked.
5. Advertising
The site shows advertising to pay for itself. Advertising cookies are set only if you accept them (see the cookies page), and no game, move or page ever depends on an ad. Optional extras such as a hint in a game against the bot may be offered in exchange for watching an advertisement; they never affect a game against a person.
6. Your games and data
A finished game's moves and seed are public, under the players' display names, so that the leaderboard can be trusted. What we hold about you and why is on the privacy page.
7. As-is
The service is provided as-is and free of charge. To the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We may change or withdraw the service, or these terms, and will give notice on the site of a material change to the terms.
8. The rest
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions to ops@peer2peergames.com.
